Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at this apartment in Newcastle was a mixed bag, with some positives but also a few negatives worth noting. the location was ideal, situated between the station and city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. the apartment itself was spacious and well-furnished, with ample storage space - a rare find in holiday rentals. the bed in the master bedroom was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, the key collection process was a major hassle. I ended up waiting for a hour due to a delayed meeting time with the proprietor. the communication via email was incomplete and confusing, leading to further frustration. On the upside, the apartment had excellent wifi and free parking in the basement. the sitting area was comfortable, and the simple decor was a nice touch. Overall, while the apartment had its flaws, it was a decent option for a stay in Newcastle.
